L'histoire du film tourne autour d'un riche homme d'affaire qui recherche sa fille qui a disparu depuis 20ans , et il décide de donner une somme d'argent énorme a celui qui a retrouvera. c'est une histoire comique avec beaucoup de scènes drôles .
Histoire : Filmed in the style of such Hollywood action classics as Bullitt and The French Connection, the first image we see in Wolves Don't Eat Meat is through the scope of a rooftop sniper's rifle just before he makes a kill. A frantic chase through the streets of town follows as the assassin, Anwar, makes his getaway. Wounded and exhausted, Anwar stumbles into the home of a stranger where he is allowed to recuperate and his story unfolds. We learn that he was once an ambitious journalist who has been transformed into a slaughterer of men by the years of war, suffering and destruction he has witnessed around the world - starting with the massacre at Deir Yassin in Palestine.

رأفت رستم رجل قوي له موقع مميز في الحزب. يتم تشكيله بطريق الخطأ من قبل معالي الوزير حيث تمّ الإرسال بطلبه وحفاظاً على ماء الوجه وعدم اتهام الوزير بالإهمال تمّ تعيينه بالوزارة. أثبت رأفت رستم مكانته في الوزارة بشكل ملفت حيث أصبح ذو نفوذ وقوة لا يستهان بها مما أدخله في متاهات السياسة مهملاً بذلك منزله ودفء العائلة.

It turns out that he has a physical resemblance to a terrorist named Youssef Khoury, who was killed by the police, and the government wants him to pretend to be Youssef. Histoire : Shaaban is a photographer in one of the magazines. He agreed with a dangerous criminal called Napoleon on taking some pictures of another gang, Ibrahim’s gang, stealing a company’s safe and he’d be paid for this. Shaaban succeeded in his mission. Yet Napoleon asked Ibrahim for his share from the stolen money, and he agreed. This caused a lot of trouble, which drove Shaaban fiancée to tell the police about all of this and the two gangs were arrested, and so Shaaban gave back his share from the stolen money.
